1. Data processing organization

2. Collecting, processing and using personal data

In principle we collect no personal data of visitors of our website. However, we do store clicks inclusive of date, time etc. Hereby shall however, no personal data be processed. Personal data is solely collected when you pass these on to us, for the execution of an agreement (such as a down payment) or in the framework of a contact. This data shall, without your explicit permission, solely be used for the execution of the agreement and the processing of your applications.

After the end of the agreement, your data will remain saved with a view on applicable tax and legal trade storage terms, but be deleted after expiry of these terms. If you complete a contact form on the website, or send us an e-mail, then the data that you send to us, will be saved as long as the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail is required for the complete responding thereto and processing thereof.

If you make a down payment, or contact us, then we may ask for the following data:

  • Chamber of Commerce and VAT number
  • Email address
  • Excerpts Chamber of Commerce (or similar foreign registration)
  • Copy ID document for the check of down payment and purchase

3. Passing of personal data

The personal data collected by us, can be passed on to third parties, if these parties are involved in the execution of the agreement, or if these have been involved by us as treater of personal data. We shall not process your personal data in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

4. Cookies

A cookie is a small file that will be sent along with pages of this website and will be saved by your browser on the hard disk of your computer.
